About UsCHOICES has been serving the Siskiyou County, California community since 1988, as a 501c3 non-profit organization providing assistance to women, men and families experiencing challenges with pregnancy and/or parenting situations, who desire information, insight and support for the journey . Funded entirely by individuals, businesses and churches, CHOICES serves to inform, encourage, and assist women, men and their families by providing quality services within a compassionate environment that will encourage the social, physical, emotional, spiritual health and well-being of all. All resources and programs are offered at no charge as a community service. CHOICES provides client services primarily by a staff of trained volunteers who are committed to excellence in serving those who come seeking insight *CHOICES does not refer for abortion, or abortifacients, does not distribute or refer for birth control, and is not a medical facility.
